Sunshine City is one address and several clocks. On 17 October 2026 Hetalia’s 20th-anniversary original art show opens in Exhibition Hall A, World Import Mart 4F. Advance tickets at ¥2,300 run until 16 October 23:59 on eplus. From 17 October 00:00 the price is ¥2,500, including at the hall door. The same tower’s observatory, Tenbou Park, is still running Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side through 8 November. Alpa’s family Halloween plaza days continue through 31 October. They do not share a ticket.
Hall A is a closed exhibition. Hours 10:00–19:00, last day 28 October 17:00, last entry 30 minutes before close. No re-entry. No restroom in the hall. Cosplay banned, including changing in nearby toilets. Photography only in marked areas, no video, flash, tripod, or selfie stick. You may still queue outside in rain. That is a different building logic from Tenbou, which is an observatory you already paid to enter, and from Alpa, which is a mall floor.
What Hall A is selling
Hidekaz Himaruya pencil originals and colour work, a life-size Italy statue, photo spots, goods. Optional passport-case voucher ¥2,000 does not admit you. The case comes with a random flight-ticket-style clear card, 13 kinds. Four tickets per eplus order. Osaka at Namba Parks Museum is 7–23 November. That city is not this page.
If you are reading this on 16 October, the advance window is the night. After midnight it is the door price whether you buy on eplus or at the entrance. Do not count on a quiet first Saturday. Import Mart 4F has held anime art shows all year. The queue is the corridor, then the door.
Sixty floors up is still a dating sim
Tenbou Park’s Tokimeki Sky Date is 9 October to 8 November, 11:00–21:00, last entry 20:30. Sky photo spots and mini-character POP are included in the observatory ticket. Weekday adult from ¥700, weekend from ¥900. Busy days need a timed web ticket. No re-entry. Stamp rally ¥800 extra for one clear file. Café dishes ¥900–¥1,350 with a random hologram card. The collab shop needed AirWAIT only 9–12 October. From 13 October it is walk-up unless Fan-Xross says otherwise.
You can do Hall A then Tenbou the same day. You cannot bounce. Each has no re-entry. Do the toilet on an Import Mart floor before Hall A. Do Tenbou last if you want the 21:00 close, because Hall A is already shut at 19:00. Weekend observatory tickets sell out of the cheap untimed idea. Buy the timed slot before you commit to the art show lunch.
The plaza below is still Halloween, then it is PLAYPARK
FUN! FUN! HALLOWEEN candy hours at Alpa 1F south plaza are 17–18, 24–25, 30–31 October, 11:00–16:00, rain cancels, cash, elementary age and younger. Ghost cards and indoor photo spots run through 31 October without those hours. PLAYPARK lists the same south plaza 30 October–1 November, 11:00–16:00, also free, also rain-cancelled. Both pages are official. Until Sunshine posts one rundown, 30–31 October are two claims on one plaza. Ike-Haro fills the streets those same three days. Hall A does not care. The street does.
17–18 October is the cleaner pairing: Hetalia plus Halloween plaza plus Tenbou, without Ike-Haro. 24 October the west park has Folk Performing Arts in Toshima, free, 14:30–18:30, which is the other side of the station and a different afternoon.
